Cicero Group sent a team of 50 to the Odyssey House on Friday, May 11, 2018, to work with clients, staff, and local employers to help clients improve professional confidence and job readiness, and to help scale Odyssey House’s PIVT (Private Industry Vocational Training) program.

Cicero’s partnership with Odyssey House mirrors the firm’s approach with its strategy implementation for private-sector clients. Cicero spent over 300 hours with Odyssey House staff and clients focused on strengthening the beneficial programs at Odyssey House and improving partnerships in the community. Cicero utilized its strengths in strategy and effective community engagement to create lasting positive change for Odyssey House and its clients.
Teams from Cicero conducted over 30 resume workshops and mock interviews with Odyssey House clients, as well as individual skills and job search coaching to help clients transition into employment roles. Additionally, Cicero conducted focus groups with local employers and clients to scale vocational training programs (PIVT) at Odyssey House.
