In order to develop an overall roll-out strategy for a new financial service line serving the Direct Sales Industry, Cicero conducted surveys of potential customers and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. In addition, the firm conducted focus groups with the hypothesized initial clients. Based on the initial research, Cicero researched the ideal processor and issuing bank to provide the outlined needs and then negotiated and secured a contract with the most appropriate partners.
In addition, with the research as its foundation of insight, Cicero provided critical recommendations for the company’s roll-out strategy. Based on the successful research and insights provided by the company, Cicero took a board position and was granted equity with the organization in order to continue providing direction and advice.
